Design Brief Questionnaire

This questionnaire assists you in beginning your design brief thought process. You don’t need to answer all of the questions but rather answer what you can and use the remainder as a prompt for your thoughts. Completing what you can before our first meeting will provide us some insight into your ideas but also give you a list of things to think further about or discuss with us specifically. At our first meeting, we will discuss your responses in preparation for commencing the design process.
