CURZON STREET, EAST TOOWOOMBA - RENOVATION
Our Client came to us with a vision to turn a recently purchased run down house into a modern and functional family home.
The original home was old fashioned with an extremely overgrown garden and needed more than a little bit of TLC. There was no lock up garage, an external laundry and the living areas were very closed off and separated - not exactly representative of a 'functional family home'.
The final design ticked all the boxes:
* double lock-up garage
* open-plan living with entertaining deck
* butlers pantry
* internal laundry
* large store room
* 4th bedroom that was able to double as a study
While the majority of the existing walls were kept in place, the overall floor plan itself was drastically changed to provide a modern, four bedroom family residence with a vision for long summer afternoons entertaining on the new deck, or winters spent relaxing in front of the open fire place.
