We were provided with a specific brief that met all of our Client’s needs & wants.  They requested a new garage to store cars and a decent laundry connected to the existing residence.  We were also asked to assist with a exterior upgrade to the colour scheme of the existing home.

The proposed design was sympathetic in its appearance & subservient in scale to the original building to keep within the character overlay of the property.  Another challenge faced was the new crossover for the proposed garage.  We were required to manage a convoluted approval to be able to construct the second crossover within the curbing and root zone of an existing street tree.

Ensuring our design met the Client's specific brief, our interiors team worked closely with the Client & the Builder to select all the finishes & fixtures for the proposed additions & the external face lift to the existing building.  StruXi assisted the Client in not only selecting the finishes & fixtures but also sourcing special products required to ensure the new additions complimented the existing design.  We also provided assistance during construction to any RFI's that came from the builder or suppliers. 

The Client was pleased with the outcome of the project & now can enjoy their new laundry & 3 bay garage.
