Our Client requested a family home to incorporate work and play where the outdoor spaces connected with the interior.

The home is divided into separate living and bedroom pods surrounding the pool area and all of the living areas have eastern access.  The home office has been given pride of place facing north and overlooking the pool.

Much thought was given to the effective planning of service areas such as the decant room, laundry, kitchen and pantry as it is these spaces that allow the remainder of the home to always be presentable at short notice.
