PRINCE HENRY DRIVE, PRINCE HENRY HEIGHTS - RENOVATION
BUILDING DESIGN | INTERIOR DESIGN
Year Project Completed: 2015

Our Clients fell in love with the location of this residence. They could see the potential of the site but realised the building would require significant alterations to unlock that potential.
StruXi was given free reign to re-imagine the location and functionality of all the interior and exterior spaces. Overall, our Client wanted the home to reflect the feeling of being at a luxury resort. Enhancements included a pool, pavilion, cellar, gym, living room, a kitchen and a magnificent butler’s pantry, as well as a master suite and en-suite with a view to die for.
This home has been transformed inside and out. The Client wanted the interior to be functional yet elegant; connected to the outdoor spaces and particularly the magnificent view by the location. The decision was made to raise the ceilings and add floor to ceiling glazing to capture the view. Inside, attention was turned to the important additions which included a climate controlled cellar, a home gym and a home office with a view. Outdoors, a pavilion was added to complete the pool and lawn areas.
The completed project is almost unrecognisable compared to the original. The internal spaces are functional and flexible whilst exuding style and sophistication.
