This growing school in Toowoomba's western corridor was looking to expand its resource centre.
The building is located in relatively close proximity to others already on the site. That, combined with the unique existing design led to a decision to extend the building on three fronts to meet future needs.
The completed building has maintained the original design intent. The staff room doubles as a staff training area. The area is open and bright and contains separate facilities for staff, while maintaining a connection to the private courtyard. Minimal disruption to the external areas of the site has allowed the new elements of the building to quickly integrate into the existing fabric of the school.
