16 RIELLY STREET, TORRINGTON - INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
BUILDING DESIGN | INTERIOR DESIGN
Year Project Completed: 2016
Project Builder: Newlands Group
Photography: StruXi Design
Our Client wanted a new office space of a contemporary, corporate style to match their modern business. It was StruXi's job to create an office that connected with the industrial zone at the rear of the building.
Client input was used throughout the project to create designs that met their requirements and expectations. The Clients are extremely happy with the end result and how the building resulted in a dynamic space for both staff and Clients to enjoy.
The interior of this building was designed to create a sharp, professional image for Clients, with a functional and comfortable working space for staff. A smart contemporary palette of black, grey and white is offset by the use of timber products to balance the crisp neutral tones of the stone and concrete looks. Finishes were repeated consistently throughout the interior to create a seamless connectivity between the spaces. The colour palette also reflects the finishes used on the exterior of the building to create a uniform building design. Furniture was selected to complete the modern contemporary look
